Frequently Asked Questions

The free trial allows you to find out how our software works. Scenarios can be built, impact datasets can be found in the LCI databases (e.g. Ecoinvent 3.11), questions can be asked to experts, and you can learn how to model and adjust a full life cycle for you product.

The features are the same as that of the paid subscription. The only difference is the number of datasets you can use from our impact (LCI) database Ecoinvent. This holds a maximum of 10 datasets in the free trial.

You won’t be hit with surprise charges for going over your limits. Instead, we review usage together, so we can proactively plan for growing demand. Need more capacity sooner? Just reach out to us and we will help you.

Our free trial includes 2×30 minute calls with one of our experts. Additionally, we have  several tutorial videos that give our users more information about how our software works. You can find them in our Help Center.

Both monthly and yearly subscriptions can be purchased via credit card or SEPA Direct Debit. This can be done online in Mobius or by contacting us. Yearly subscriptions can also be paid via bank transfer by contacting us.

Our Business and Enterprise plans are on an annual basis only. The Professional subscription can be purchased on a monthly basis.
